GovernanceHands That Talk is very much a Deaf led organisation and this is reflected in our Board of Trustees which is made up of Deaf, hard of hearing and hearing people. Our trustees meet regularly to discuss and review the organisation’s plans and development. On a day to day basis our programme is delivered by our staff which also includes both hearing and non hearing people. All staff is required to undertake Deaf Awareness and Sign Language training.
